The Valorminho network's area of ​​influence, approximately 950 km², encompasses the municipalities of Caminha, Melgaço, Monção, Paredes de Coura, Valença, and Vila Nova de Cerveira, covering a population of approximately 73,200 inhabitants. EGF, along with these six municipalities, are the shareholders of Valorminho.

The Technical Model of the Valorminho Multimunicipal System includes infrastructure related to waste treatment, highlighting the importance of:

- 1 sanitary landfill (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença);

- 2 recycling centers (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença and in Messegães-Monção);

- 1 sorting station (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença);

- 1 platform for receiving used tires (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença);

- 1 platform for receiving Used Cooking Oils (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença);
- 2 platforms for receiving waste electrical and electronic equipment (located in S. Pedro da Torre - Valença and Messegães - Monção);
- 1 transfer station (located in Messegães);
805 recycling points distributed across the six municipalities;
- 1 Biogas Energy Recovery Plant (located in S. Pedro da Torre-Valença).
