Actions run until November 7th and cover all parishes in the municipality

Valorminho and the Municipality of Monção are promoting a series of environmental awareness actions among the populations of the municipality's parishes, with the aim of reinforcing the importance of the correct separation of waste and everyone's participation in recycling.

The initiative, which began on October 3rd, covers the different parishes of Monção, creating moments of closeness with citizens and allowing them to clarify doubts about the separation and disposal of waste for recycling.

The actions take place on Saturdays, at the headquarters of the parish councils, and extend until November 7th, covering all parishes in the municipality.

Throughout these sessions, the population is invited to learn more about the work carried out by Valorminho in the treatment and valorization of urban waste and to reflect on the importance of small daily gestures. Correctly separating packaging and placing it in the appropriate recycling bin is an essential contribution to increasing recycling and adding value to materials.

The initiative aims to bring information closer to local communities and strengthen citizen participation, because recycling more and better is everyone's commitment.
